Refunds on MSF event participations, products and services will be managed manually, with a 10% administration charge. Refunds are only upon application and approval by Matrix Motorsports Promotion Sdn Bhd.
In reference to the National Competition Rules by Motorsports Association of Malaysia, refunds and withdrawals are only applicable latest 3 days before any motorsports event.
All payments for purchase of MSF event participations, products and services shall be made via Credit Card and online banking transfer only.
MSF reserves the right to revise advertising rates upon giving written notice at any time.
